SHIPPING POLICY

We carefully prepare and package every order to ensure your products arrive safely. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Shipping times and costs vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
 

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation with tracking information whenever available. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, holidays, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your item.
 

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and preferably in its original packaging. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you.
